(utilizzata nella nostra medicina) e <strong>dietetica cinese<\/strong> \u00e8 molto interessante.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dietetica occidentale pu\u00f2 essere definita <strong>quantitativa<\/strong>, se confrontata alla dietetica cinese che invece \u00e8 <strong>qualitativa<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentre nello studio dell\u2019<strong>alimentazione secondo la biochimica occidentale<\/strong> si presta attenzione soprattutto a come fornire le quantit\u00e0 corrette di nutrienti (proteine, carboidrati, lipidi, vitamine, sali minerali, oligoelementi, acqua\u2026 e calorie), nella <strong>dietetica cinese<\/strong> l\u2019interesse \u00e8 rivolto soprattutto alla qualit\u00e0 degli alimenti, che viene definita in base alla natura, al sapore, al tropismo degli alimenti stessi.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La differenza tra <strong>dietetica cinese<\/strong> ed <strong>occidentale<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">non<\/span> crea un contrasto, bens\u00ec favorisce un loro utilizzo complementare in occasione di molte disarmonie, potenziandone reciprocamente gli effetti.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 esattamente ci\u00f2 che avviene durante una <strong>visita nutrizionale<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si prende in esame l\u2019alimentazione dell\u2019individuo sotto un aspetto:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h5><strong>biochimico<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">:<\/span><\/h5><ul><li><strong>sulla persona<\/strong><ul><li>tenendo conto di eventuali patologie e\/o assunzione di farmaci\/integratori;<\/li><li>valutando la sua composizione corporea (massa magra, massa grassa, idratazione intra ed extracellulare, metabolismo cellulare, ecc.);<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>sugli alimenti<\/strong><ul><li>prestando attenzione al concetto carboidrati, proteine, lipidi e altri nutrienti;<\/li><li>analizzando i gusti personali della persona e le abitudini alimentari messe in atto fino al momento della visita;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h5><strong>energetico secondo la Medicina Cinese<\/strong>:<\/h5><ul><li><strong>sulla persona<\/strong><ul><li>prendendo in esame il suo quadro costituzionale;<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">valutando ascolto polsi, osservazione lingua e colloquio per effettuare una valutazione energetica personale (e momentanea)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>sugli alimenti<\/strong>, considerando la natura, il sapore, il tropismo e le modalit\u00e0 di cottura dei vari alimenti;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
